LivN Nsidout Wellness Complex Announces Strategic Partnership with NuLife Rx

NuLife Rx was formed to combine the skills and abilities of family practice and internal medicine physicians with a exercise physiologist.  NuLife Rx mission is to improve personal health utilizing a physician guided, multidisciplinary approach, encompassing disease prevention, risk stratification, lifestyle enhancement, nutritional counseling and physical conditioning. During the past two years they have developed a First Responders Health and Wellness Program for Firefighters, EMS workers, and Police in the upstate region.  They also have worked with corporations including Furman University to develop wellness programs which lower overall insurance costs.  By entering a strategic partnership with LivN Nsidout , they will work together to benefit individuals, companies, and communities.

Phil and Amy Parham, from NBC’s Biggest Loser, led a 90 Day Fitness Challenge at LivN Nsidout that was a preview of the community events that will be held at the facility.  Offered free of charge and sponsored by a local business, the event drew over 800 people who were ready to make healthy life changes.  The event finale will be held on April 14th at 7 pm and the public is invited to attend and see the remarkable changes that were accomplished in 90 days.
