LivN Nsidout , a comprehensive wellness destination, has opened their flagship location in Greenville, SC in strategic partnership with NuLife Rx. This partnership brings the upstate of South Carolina a facility and programs that are unique. Todd Littleton, the founder states, “Our goal has been to develop a way to measure internal health for the clients we serve because good health comes from the inside out. That’s how we got our name. Our partnership with the physicians of NuLife Rx gives us the perfect way to evaluate and access the internal health of an individual. The breadth of services that we provide together will help anyone looking to build a healthy lifestyle.”
NuLife Rx was formed to combine the skills and abilities of family practice and internal medicine physicians with a exercise physiologist. NuLife Rx mission is to improve personal health utilizing a physician guided, multidisciplinary approach, encompassing disease prevention, risk stratification, lifestyle enhancement, nutritional counseling and physical conditioning. During the past two years they have developed a First Responders Health and Wellness Program for Firefighters, EMS workers, and Police in the upstate region. They also have worked with corporations including Furman University to develop wellness programs which lower overall insurance costs. By entering a strategic partnership with LivN Nsidout , they will work together to benefit individuals, companies, and communities.
LivN Nsidout is a facility with a philosophy which is unlike any other in the nation. It is a radically new concept in personal, corporate, and community health. It can accurately be described as a combination multimedia, fitness, health, culinary, and community center. With nearly 60000 square feet of cardio equipment, weights, cinema, restaurant, stage, running track, on-site physicians and sports trainers, LivN Nsidout is a wellness destination.
While some people will want a place to workout and spend time with family and friends in a healthy environment, other people are seeking a program that helps them regain health. “The beauty of this is the multidisciplinary approach”, states Dr. Steve Newman with NuLife Rx, “any variation can be provided based on the individual need. We can design a program for the individual with input from our dietician, sports therapist, and physician team.”
From young to old, LivN Nsidout brings families together. Founder Todd Littleton states, “It’s great to see my Mom here ‘pumping iron’ while I see a dad playing basketball with his kids.” The restaurant will play a role by providing healthy, gourmet meals that families can enjoy after a great time being active together. The restaurant, named Inergy, has a unique menu designed by Greenville chef John Malik and will be opening in the beginning of March.
Phil and Amy Parham, from NBC’s Biggest Loser, led a 90 Day Fitness Challenge at LivN Nsidout that was a preview of the community events that will be held at the facility. Offered free of charge and sponsored by a local business, the event drew over 800 people who were ready to make healthy life changes. The event finale will be held on April 14th at 7 pm and the public is invited to attend and see the remarkable changes that were accomplished in 90 days.
Simpsonville resident Cindy Haynes, said “It was wonderful to stop in and see this amazing facility after months of driving by it on I-385. This is going to be a blessing to the community in so many ways!” The public is invited to visit LivN Nsidout , tour the facility, and enjoy a free guest workout. The physicians of NuLife Rx are on-site and look forward to talking with individuals, companies, and community groups wanting to develop a personalized wellness program that fits their specific goals.
