US Fidelis offers many warranty plans to choose from including three levels of auto warranties identified as Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Our most comprehensive warranty is The Platinum Plan. This is “Bumper to Bumper coverage” and includes practically all mechanical parts of your vehicle! Exceptions to this coverage are only normal wear, and maintenance items listed in the contract. The Platinum Plan is available for vehicles no older than 4 years at the time of the contract purchase and with 50,000 miles or less.
An additional benefit with the US Fidelis Platinum Plan is Rental Coverage. If you experience a breakdown that is covered by the contract you may qualify to be paid or reimbursed for rental vehicle expenses or public transportation while your vehicle is being serviced.
The Gold Plan is an auto extended warranty which covers breakdown of parts in the following vehicle areas: engine, transmission, drive axle, electrical, steering, air conditioning, suspension, brakes, cooling system, fuel, electronic high tech, audio, seals and gaskets, fluids and taxes. To understand exactly what is covered in each of these vehicle areas please read your warranty contract carefully.
An additional benefit with the US Fidelis Gold Plan is Rental Coverage. If you experience a breakdown that is covered by the contract, then you may qualify to be paid or reimbursed for rental vehicle expenses or public transportation while your vehicle is being serviced.
The Silver Plan offered by US Fidelis is the most basic plan available. This extended warranty plan covers a range of parts in the following areas: engine and water pump, transmission / transaxle, and the transfer case. Additional benefits offered by US Fidelis for The Silver Plan include reimbursements for towing and rental fees. In the event that your vehicle experiences a breakdown in one of the covered areas, you will be reimbursed up to $75 for your receipted towing expenses, with no deductible. You may also qualify to be reimbursed for rental expenses or public transportation while your vehicle is being serviced at the repair facility.
