Adult site GotFolks.com launched
ORLANDO, Fla. – A new online magazine for the adult entertainment industry was launched on inauguration day, Jan. 20.
In the same spirit of the new open attitude in America, GotFolks.com magazine is dedicated to presenting the mainstream voice of the adult entertainment community.
The magazine’s monthly articles and daily news updates educate in an entertaining way, presenting thoughtful and provocative topics, as well as breaking news about the adult industry from all its angles.
Some of the finest writers in the country are exploring the issues and subjects that interest readers the most. Our stories touch on lifestyle, legal issues, health, industry news and entertainment. Our photo features highlight some of the hottest clubs in the country.
GOTFOLKS was started in the summer of 2006 with just a chat and a forum, and also featuring news from outlets on the Internet pertaining to the adult industry. It was not until January 2009 that GOTFOLKS became a true online magazine with its own editorial staff. Prior to its launch and without any promotion, the site received nearly 250,000 hits per month.
GOTFOLKS covers adult video/film production, management, health and lifestyle issues, and gives a voice to the creative and talented professionals whose goal is to break into the business.
The term GOTFOLKS describes the diversity of the adult industry. We’ve “got folks” from all different backgrounds reading us.
