Tsiyon Radio announces a new choice in their programming line up. Starting in 2009, Tsiyon Radio will offer a second program, in addition to their already successful On the Road to Tsiyon with Eliyahu ben David weekly program feeds. The second program will be the featured content of a new website from Israel entitled Israel News from Tsiyon Radio.
The new program features Tsiyon Radio's new Israel Correspondent, Paul Calvert.
Calvert’s program is entitled Focus on Israel and the Palestinian Territories and is the central feature of the new website. The website will also host posts and articles of interest by Calvert and other residents and visitors of Israel.
Why is Tsiyon Radio offering a second program choice? The focus of On the Road to Tsiyon is primarily Scripture-based teaching, much of it presenting Israel in Bible prophecy in the Book of Revelation. Tsiyon Radio founder, Eliyahu ben David, says he “believes and teaches that Israel is the focus point in Bible prophecy in these last days.” This teaching program is now balanced against Tsiyon’s new offering by Paul Calvert which presents interviews highlighting real-life experiences of both Jewish and Arab believers in the Land of Israel.
