A recent launch of new models, including freestanding refrigeration and laundry products, has seen De Dietrich move into new territory.
In the past, the success De Dietrich has enjoyed in the UK is mostly down to the technology employed in their cooking appliances. The selection of Pyrolytic 'self cleaning' ovens is second to none and they actually pioneered the technology.
The new models see De Dietrich enter into the freestanding market. According to Braeg Heneffe, general manager at Internet Kitchen Appliances, they retain the excellent quality that ensured success with the integrated range: "The built-in appliances that De Dietrich produce are second to none when it comes to technology, we find they sell themselves. The freestanding market is a different prospect, but we think they have done the right thing by keeping to the same high standards as with the other appliances."
He went on to add: "The new dishwashers and fridge freezers have superb cladding, they feel like they are built to last. We have seen them start to move in numbers already, and feel they will be a big hit over the coming years."
