The Futurecuts collection transforms Gio-Goi’s staple pieces with a passing salutation to the future – think Datarock meets Tron. The designs use flashes of reflectivity to re-establish rays of heat, light, sound and memories.
Rock and Roll Models celebrates fallen idols of old. Gio-Goi explores the truth behind the myths by reworking new, vintage looks for the modern age. Women’s contouring is streamlined with the debut of the inverted ‘V’ silhouette which has been achieved through wider bottoms and slim tops. The men’s range sees the ‘V’ replicated through wide leg super lightweight denim pantaloons.
Colours this season will play against a backdrop of white, with glazed and Olympian blues, black and deep indigo used as secondary accents. Mutated brights and marl textures serve to punctuate jerseys and lightweight knits.
Steve Atkinson, Creative Director at Gio-Goi said: “It’s always exciting to launch a new collection and this season is no exception. We have been creative with our offer and always work hard on producing a streetwise collection which retains our heritage but continuously re-invents the range”.
Leather has been introduced across the ranges while the offering in men’s shirts and accessories has been extended.
The new collection can be viewed online at www.gio-goi.com with prices starting at £10.00 for accessories and £20.00 for apparel.
