Cyndicate Modeling Agency's, Dave Markowski, not only models for the agency, but he is also the runway trainer for the agency. Dave trains male models on the runway and prepares them for the world of fashion. Dave has been with the agency for about a year. He is a prime example of a hard-worker and what it means to be a part of the agency.
To be a model at Cyndicate, you must have a "hustler" mentality. "The lazy need not apply." You must know what is means to start from having nothing, to having something. You will learn to appreciate the "fruits" of your work more. Also, to be a model at Cyndicate, you must be able to adapt to change and have the drive to work. You must have the ability to take whatever is thrown at you.
Dave Markowski is a prime example of a model of Cyndicate. A lot of models come into this business, expecting a "handout". In this business, it is all about survival of various extremes. Now how extreme is that?
