Men have been struggling with their identity in a time where there is a critical need to understand how to live in the 21st century. The days of being self serving and disengaged is crumbling beneath us. In order to live with a quality of life that exceeds the old status quo, an organization called Pathfinders has been formed by co-founders Bob Sugar and Brad Stevenson.

A: Pathfinders is a fellowship of men who are committed to living their lives with genuineness and honesty, and are committed to doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

A: It is the foundational bedrock of principles that the Pathfinders men subscribe to. These timeless principles are: Trustworthiness, Honesty, Authenticity, Neutrality, Kindness and Surrender.
Today’s men have suffered the ill effects of greed, selfishness and entitlement as has been demonstrated at a National level. Pathfinder Groups challenge and support men to discover for themselves alternatives to the old societal rules of engagement. Pathfinder men are defying these longstanding ideologies and infusing honor back into our culture.
They are bringing men out of isolation as a way to discover what it is to be a man.
These groups are open to all men young and old who are ready to step up and be part of a movement for change and transformation.
