Mission3D Wins the 2008 Benny Statue, The Most Prestigious Global Premier Print Award
Using its advanced patented Photo3D technology to produce a 3D Advertising 3DiMedia Magazine Insert/Supplement for T3 Middle East, Mission3D, of Tripoli – Lebanon, grabbed the top global spot in 2008 by having the panel of world expert judges select 3DiMedia as the best Magazine Insert/Supplement in the world for 2008.
Every participating design, publishing, and printing company produces pieces that are outstanding. And each year, over 900 companies from around the world enter their most astonishing work in the Premier Print Awards in hopes that their work will be recognized as worthy of a Benny (the equivalent of winning the “Oscar” in the film industry).
For over 55 years, agencies, design firms, and printers have found that winning a Premier Print Award is a major achievement. Receiving an award in the largest, most prestigious print competition in the world tells customers and prospects that Mission3D produces the finest 3D printing in the world today.
Begun in 1950 as the Graphics Arts Awards Competition, the program attracts entries from companies in North America, South America, Asia, Europe and the Pacific Rim. In 2008 nearly 6000 entries competed in 88 categories with all entries heavily scrutinized by a panel of distinguished judges, who select the winners of

2) Best of Division
3) Award of Achievement
4) Certificate of Merit
In June of 2007, Mission3-D became the first company in the world to perfect advanced Photo 3D Printing and produce the first high-quality 3D advertising insert/supplement for T3 Middle East Magazine. T3 Magazine and their readers realized that the insert was stunning and is the most amazing 3D print production they have ever seen.
Mission3D’s founder Sam Ramadan then decided to enter the T3 3-DiMedia supplement in the Premier Print Award global competition in hopes of at least winning the lowest level, the very worthy Certificate of Merit.
To Sam’s astonishment, in July of 2008, Mission3D received notification that the panel of the world’s most expert judges have made their choices and decided that Mission3D’s T3 3DiMedia would receive the highest award possible at the Premier Print Awards Gala in Chicago Illinois, namely the Benny. By winning the Benny, Mission3D have beaten out major US, European and other global participants and became the first and only company from the Middle East, in recent history, to win the Benny.
The Premier Print Awards are the oldest and most prestigious competition in the world and is sponsored by major global corporations like Canon, Kodak, Adobe, Xerox, Heidelberg, Komori, Huber Group, Verso, and Utica. Each entered piece carries a bar code and judges are not allowed to know which company or which country has produced it, until all judging is completed.
