The sales team at Heritage Wake Forest did it again by winning top honors as the #1 Sales Team in the Triangle for both November and December, 2008 for highest volume and highest number of homes sold. The Heritage team has won the award a record-setting 24 months in a row, meaning the team was #1 in sales every month in 2007 and 2008. The Heritage agents - Ann Gowarty, Brenda Simpson, Jay Upchurch and Mike McCormick of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services - received their awards at the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County’s Triangle Sales and Marketing Council event held at the Brier Creek Country Club on January 28.
“Winning this award for one month is an honor, but winning it each and every month for two years speaks volumes about how hard the team works in finding just the right home for each and every customer,” said Andy Ammons, President of Heritage Wake Forest developer Ammons Development Group. “The National Home Builders Association (NHBA) made the right choice in naming them the best sales team in the nation.”
In addition to being named the Top Sales Team in the Triangle for November and December, the Heritage Wake Forest team was recently named 2008’s Best Sales Team in the nation by the NHBA during the organization’
