John Marazzi Nissan has added to its vast repertoire of customer’s friendly services, American Sign Language. Veteran sales professional Tray Bournazian has been using ASL all of his life due to both of his parents being deaf. Tray knows how difficult it can be for someone that relies on American Sign Language to navigate everyday life, let alone negotiate a car deal. That’s where Tray comes in.
“The first thing I need to do” says Bournazian “is simply put the customer at ease.” He continues “It is very important that they know we are on a level playing field.” John Marazzi’s Internet Sales Department has added an ASL friendly page to its website, complete with a number that you can use to text Tray as well as a video introducing Tray Bournazian and his abilities. The page is easy to find by the ASL symbol at the top of the main page. “It’s the first site of its kind, believe me I’ve looked” adds Tray.
