Dr. Pace has a deep and abiding interest in what energizes workers in all types of organizations. He has raised the question in all parts of the world as a leader of seminars, a lecturer, and a professor. He has written about communication, human resource development, and leadership in more than two-dozen books, including Organizational Dynamism, Organizational Communication, and Powerful Leadership. He also lectures on organizational learning, competitiveness, and individual and organizational change. Wayne has been widely recognized for his contributions to the fields of communication and human resource development, receiving many awards. He lives in St. George, Utah, with his wife, Gae, of over fifty years.

Peter Miller
Dr. Miller has more than twenty-five years working in management in the mining industry, the civil service and in higher education. Peter is presently an Associate Professor in Management at Southern Cross University, Australia. He has taught leadership to thousands of students. His co-authored book on leadership in Australasia is a best seller. Peter consults with local, regional, and national organizations in Australia. Dr. Miller lives in Tweed Heads, New South Wales, Australia with his wife Janelle, of 30 years. They have three grown sons who are now pursuing their own careers in organizations. He relaxes by surfing and taking an interest in soccer and other sports.

Eric Stephan
Dr. Stephan likes to participate in physical fitness programs, study the martial arts, engage in entrepreneurial enterprises and just relax into life’s daily activities.
