Eden Prairie, MN, U.S. – Matica Americas, a leading card personalization and mailing systems provider, is pleased to announce that Hilmer Rivera has joined the company as the Director of Latin America Sales. Mr. Rivera has over 10 years of experience in card industry sales and marketing. He is noted for his track record of delivering record sales growth, as well as, his expertise in new business development strategies. As the Director of Latin America Sales, Rivera will be responsible for the development of all Matica Americas activities in Latin America including new business development, sales channel building and creating and executing long-term revenue growth plans to achieve market leadership and create brand awareness throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.

Prior to joining Matica Americas, Mr. Rivera spent 10 years at Zebra Technologies Corp., in sales, sales management and sales applications engineering with his most recent position being Sales Manager, Latin America and Caribbean. During his tenure at Zebra Technologies, Rivera developed the Latin America sales channel and substantially grew the business in Latin America and the Caribbean.
