Martin is a highly successful entrepreneur with a wide range of varied business interests. He is a partner in Chavira Enterprises, a construction company that specializes in renovation and new build-up of both residential and commercial property, and serves as the firm’s Executive Vice President of Business Development. Martin is also a major shareholder of CRS General Contracting and Roofing, a New Orleans based concern that specializes in the renovation and construction of new residential property. He serves as the EVP of Business Development for CRS as well. Prior to these ventures, in 1991 Martin co-founded FoxMar Incorporated, which did business as Education and Training Resources (ETR), serving as Vice-President until 2003 when he sold his interest in the concern and started CESC. ETR performs the same services as CESC, primarily to the federal government.
Between the current economic climate affecting the building trades and with the federal government cutting back expenditures in all areas, Martin sought to diversify his business portfolio in order to maintain consistent economic growth.
