The Dylan Thomas Centre in Swansea is holding a gourmet evening to celebrate St David's Week and the best of Welsh food and drink.
The menu for the exclusive event at the Dylan Thomas Centre on 25 February has been specially designed by Head Chef Gabrielle Carusso to reduce 'food miles' by using Welsh ingredients.
Gabrielle said "sourcing ingredients in Wales benefits not only the environment but helps local businesses in these difficult financial times".
The gourmet evening starts at 8pm and includes four delicious courses for only £30 per person.
