WELDON & ROTHMAN law offices are located in Naples, Florida and serve all of Southwest Florida, including Naples, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Golden Gate, Marco Island, Sanibel, and Sarasota, and we can handle cases statewide.
Prior to joining Weldon & Rothman, P.L., Marni Scuderi represented clients for the Shelter for Abused Women in all types of family law and domestic related cases, including divorce proceedings and injunctions for protection. Ms. Scuderi was also previously an Assistant County Attorney for Collier County, a Staff Attorney for Twentieth Judicial Circuit - Collier and Lee County, Florida, and an Assistant Public Defender in the Public Defender's Office for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. Ms. Scuderi continues to practice in the area of family law, domestic relations, criminal defense, and general civil litigation.
Ms. Scuderi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia, before earning her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
