Active listings average time on the market was 120 days. Their average number of bedrooms and bathrooms was 4 each, their average square footage was 4,000 and their average list price was $2.147m.
There was one Eagle Harbour sale for the period. It’s original list price was $1.35m. Their price was reduced twice by a total of $355,000. It sold at $850,000, $145,000 below it’s final asking price. It was a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with ocean and marina views on a 14,000 square foot lot. The house was a small one level home that sold in 75 days.
The expired listings for the month sat on the market for an average period of 174 days before coming off the market. They prices were reduced by $57,000, $200,000 and $400,000 respectively.
