The Steven's of Corkstone Glade, Mississauga, Ontario applied for a second
mortgage to Canadian Funding Corporation to pay off their outstanding credit
card debts. This second mortgage represented 91.47% of the value of the
property. The piling credit card debts would have forced the family to relinquish their property and suffer financial collapse.
Canadian Funding Corp approved this mortgage after Moishe Alexander
pre-approved the request. The deal was eventually funded through Canadian Funding Corporation investor networks.
