WINNIPEG, MANITOBA Innovative Hydrogen Solutions Inc. (IHS) is pleased to announce that R. Peter McLaughlin has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer as of February 2nd 2009. Peter brings to the company 11 years of experience in the Hydrogen Enhancement industry. He has been the President of Greenbriar Holdings Limited, a private Ontario family holding company since 1997 when Greenbriar sold its interest in two automotive related operating companies. During that time, Peter has been responsible for managing the overall diversification of Greenbriar’s assets and the deployment of those assets in seed and venture capital opportunities. Peter has provided investment and advice to a wide range of businesses engaged in computer software development, hydrogen generation for the transportation industry, equipment leasing, investment counseling and revolutionary steel stamping technology. He is active on two public company boards, the Board of Governors of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and various private companies in which Greenbriar has made an investment.
