Dominick Tringali Architects was named one of twenty ‘Best Architecture Firms to Work For’ in the nation at the 2006 ‘Best Firm to Work For’ summit in Chicago, Illinois on September 28, 2006. The summit was hosted by Zweig White, the leading analysis and consulting firm in the architecture, engineering, and planning industry.
In addition, DTA (http://www.dtarchitects.com) was also awarded ‘Best Small Architecture Firm,’ given to only four firms in the country with 100 or less employees.
The results were determined based on feedback from employees, measuring how well firms provided a positive work environment, as well as which firms best provided challenging and interesting design opportunities. The award was also given for firms that provide superior compensation and benefit programs, excellent work environment, creative performance initiatives, and beneficial training opportunities.
