The Visionaire Group, an award-winning digital agency, announced that
Matthew Lipson has joined the company as the Vice President of the newly-formed
Creative Solutions Group. In this position he will oversee and manage all
aspects of the new division which will support the company`s tremendous growth
by expanding strategic offerings for their partners.

A self-described digital evangelist, Matthew Lipson brings to the new position a
strong background in creative strategic marketing, both on the agency and
advertiser sides, having already worked with and for many top-tier brands and
media companies. With a career that includes a 3-year stint at Big Spaceship as
their Managing Director and Head of Creative Strategy, Lipson most recently
served at Exopolis as their Director of Strategy and Content Development,
overseeing all strategic initiatives from brand definition to digital content
strategy.
