They play an important role in all that we do, from performing the simplest of activities to maintaining good posture. Core stability muscles assist in stabilizing the lower back and pelvis; when ignored they weaken, and the risk of lower back and pelvis related injuries increase. Surrey Kinesiologist, Rick Kaselj, will be teaching fitness and rehabilitation professionals how to improve their clients’ core stability. This weekend Kinesiologists and personal trainers will be attending the Core Stability Weekend where they will learn the most effective exercises to help their clients improve their core stability.
