Brooklyn, NY -- Basonas Construction Corporation, a building restoration and construction company headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, is pleased to announce the completion of its latest project located at 1225 Park Avenue in New York City. The sixteen floor, pre-war residential structure received a new roof as well as facade work, along with cleaning and repairs.

For the Basonas Construction project, New York-based Rand Engineering and Architecture served as the consultant.

For the project, Basonas Construction Corporation incorporated the latest technology in masonry and restoration, which the company has developed from working over 20 years on similar types of structures.
Other work included limestone unit replacement, steel railing fabrication, fire escape refurbishment and the replacement of chimney stack fans.
