They are often concerned about making the payment on a loan should a job loss occur. LoneStar Fiberglass Pools has announced a new program that tackles that obstacle head on. The program, Payment Guardian, gives all buyers of a LoneStar Fiberglass Pool a guarantee that should a job loss occur within one year of purchasing their pool, the pool payment will be covered.
"We haven't seen a drop in our website traffic over the last 6 months, but we have noticed the leads and call volume dropping," said Mark Toler, VP of Marketing and Sales for LoneStar Fiberglass pools. “That seems to indicate that there are plenty of potential buyers interested in pools that are researching the options, but they are not quite ready to pick up the phone. We think the fear factor running rampant in the economy is causing them to hesitate. "
The program is automatically included with every LoneStar Fiberglass Pool purchased direct by a homeowner, and remains in force for a one year period. The buyer has the option of continuing the coverage past the one year anniversary for a fee. Individual LoneStar Fiberglass Pools dealers across the U.S. have the option of including the program with their pools as well. The program is currently available exclusively through LoneStar Fiberglass Pools and their dealer network.
