This was a fantastic week for the Vancouver real estate market! The activity was encouraging for everyone; Buyer's, Sellers, and Realtors alike! the sellers who hadn't heard from their realtors in weeks were receiving requests to show. The Listings agents were simply delighted to show, and the Buyers felt empowered and ready to negotiate! A fantastic week all around.
I'm certain we'll all have different interpretations of the situation at hand, but the most important point to note is that there is once again life in the Vancouver Real Estate market.
