National Property Inspections, Inc. added one franchisee in the U.S. in January. Aaron Murray, of Waverly, Ohio, successfully completed NPI’s home inspection training program. Blake Murray of Waverly, Ohio, and Larry Morrow of Indian Springs, Ohio, also received their course completion certificate. Blake Waverly will assist NPI franchisee Aaron Waverly and Larry Morrow will assist NPI franchisee Terry Haynie with his business.
Before receiving their certificates, NPI and GPI franchisees receive training in technical, marketing and business aspects of property inspection and franchising. Their days are spent mastering an understanding of all major property systems, including: plumbing, structural, electrical, HVAC, roofing, foundations, and exterior and interior wall coverings. Safety issues, moisture intrusion, and common problems are also covered. The training prepares them to handle commercial inspections, residential inspections, relocations, field service work and more.
Franchisees are also trained in computers and the equipment they will use on a daily basis, including the proprietary inspection software. NPI’s Inform inspection software was first developed over ten years ago and is updated frequently to meet the need of clients and inspectors. Most franchisees elect to complete another week of training with an assigned NPI mentor, a franchisee already established in the field.
National Property Inspections Inc. provides ongoing support and training for all of its franchisees.
“Whether our franchisees need a new marketing tool or technical support, we’re just a phone call away,” Executive Vice President, Bill Erickson, said. Founded in 1987, National Property Inspections Inc. is among the oldest and most well-respected property inspection companies in the business.
