Xcelplus Global Holdings Inc, (XPGH.PK) announces that it has just completed a successful test of GlyCoal™ at a power plant in West Virginia.
The power plant is an 80 megawatt facility with two primary coal fired boilers that power the turbine. GlyCoal is considered a clean coal technology as it effectively reduces emission, and harmful waste by products generated by coal power production.
The GlyCoal was pumped into one of the coal boilers at a rate of ten gallons per minute which offset 10% of that boilers coal consumption. The reduced coal consumption reduced the sulfur dioxide output and waste coal CO2 output by the same ten percent level as well. This also then reduced the waste emissions such as mercury, and other harmful metals normally put into land fills or buried in old coal mines with the fly ash.
Xcelplus processes the GlyCoal a Clean Coal fuel through a subsidiary from a waste byproduct making any CO2 a renewable emission. The CO2 was the CO2 that was originally sequestered by plants.
Xcelplus holds the pending patent on the process and is now ready to take this product to market. We have the ability to deliver 500,000 gallons to a power plant today if they are ready to reduce their carbon footprint as well as offset their carbon emissions.
One power company will be paying up to 1.2 billion dollars in carbon taxes with Obama’s new cap and trade program. As a renewable energy writer just said they are shaking in their carbon boots.
