R&R provides three thread size options (1/4-20, M8 & M4) so regardless of size, shape, or material, the R&R Fixture system holds virtually any part. Many different parts can be set-up on the fixture at one time, saving operator time and fixturing expense.

Vision Fixtures - Our M4 threaded components mainly used for checking your parts on Vision Systems allow access to detailed features of small parts without obstructing the backlight or probe path.

Specialized Fixtures - When your application calls for something more specialized, R&R can provide you with custom fixtures for your CMM or Vision System. Let our years of knowledge in the CMM and Vision industry do the work for your fixturing needs. Our in-house design engineering staff will work with you and our sales team to first concept and then fully design the best fixture for your application. We have designed and built fixtures with single stations as well as fixtures that had multiple stations for many similar parts. Well designed fixtures will increase the productivity of your CMM or vision system.

Software Option - R&R Modular Fixturing introduces FixtureBuilder 3D CAD Software for documenting fixture setups & doing offline part programming. You can build a fixture set-up quickly and easily from its catalogs of R&R components and base plates. Simply drag and snap into position. The software automatically builds a list of components and their placement for future reference. If desired, you can import your part’s CAD file into the set-up to show the part and the fixture. For those with offline programming capabilities, the whole fixture and part can be exported to create a part program. FixtureBuilder makes creating fixtures a snap!
