R&R provides three thread size options (1/4-20, M8 & M4) so regardless of size, shape, or material, the R&R Fixture system holds virtually any part. Many different parts can be set-up on the fixture at one time, saving operator time and fixturing expense.
Vision Fixtures - Our M4 threaded components mainly used for checking your parts on Vision Systems allow access to detailed features of small parts without obstructing the backlight or probe path.

Software Option - R&R Modular Fixturing introduces FixtureBuilder 3D CAD Software for documenting fixture setups & doing offline part programming. You can build a fixture set-up quickly and easily from its catalogs of R&R components and base plates. Simply drag and snap into position. The software automatically builds a list of components and their placement for future reference. If desired, you can import your part’s CAD file into the set-up to show the part and the fixture. For those with offline programming capabilities, the whole fixture and part can be exported to create a part program. FixtureBuilder makes creating fixtures a snap!
