CFC Mortgage Deal
Moishe Alexander approves first mortgage loan application from Sudbury resident. The client requested loan financing to Canadian Funding Corporation, which waited on the word of President Moishe Alexander. After approving the loan, Canadian Funding Corp drew upon one of its controlled estates for project financing.
A Sudbury businessman also applied to Canadian Funding Corporation for a second mortgage to purchase commercial property in Sudbury with loan to value of 99.7%. Moishe Alexander approved the financing request and Canadian Funding Corp promptly funded second mortgage loan.
