Mazuma Capital Promotes Petty to Executive Vice President

Draper, Utah, January 26, 2009—Mazuma Capital Corp. today announced the promotion of Douglas Petty to Executive Vice President of Credit and Syndication. Mr. Petty was also recently elected to the Mazuma board of directors as corporate secretary. “Doug’s contributions as a founding member of the firm have been incalculable,” said, Jared Belnap, president and chief executive officer. “Doug crafts credit packages that astutely appraise the risk of each transaction we pursue, and our underwriters consistently praise the breadth of his work throughout the syndication process. Petty has been in the equipment leasing and banking industries for 30 years. Prior to assuming responsibilities at Mazuma he served as the chief credit officer at Applied Financial, LLC.
