Ukrainian company FEEDGEE Marketing has developed and tested new indexes for email marketing campaigns analysis - CTCR (Click through content rate), MLQ (Mail List Quality) and SPAM Temperature.
New indexes expand email marketers' possibilities of monitoring campaign risks and better corresponding to subscribers' expectations in advirticements sent by email.
New email marketing analysis indexes help to estimate and to optimize:
• Message content performance (CTCR)
• Subscribers contacts database quality (MLQ)
• Campaigns frequency (based on the MLQ index change dynamics for several campaigns)
• Risks of marketing strategy (SPAM Temperature)
All new indexes were tested by 250 users during 2008. After test evaluation it appeared that users were able to grow their email marketing performance more than others. After successful deployment and tests new indexes are now available for all FEEDGEE email marketing tools users at http://www.feedgee.com.
Subscribers' interests and actions such as openings and clicks are being registered in real time by FEEDGEE email marketing Analytics. Analysys results are being stored in databases to be used for email marketing indexes calculation that is nessesary for campaign evaluations and new campaigns planning.
