Makeover Nutrition Course Wants To Create Sexier Looking Columbus Residents

Columbus, OH—February 1, 2009—The first Metabolism Makeover Weight Management Nutrition Course started earlier this year and has gotten off to a smashing success. So much so, that the company hosting this program, Yun Strength and Fitness Systems, LLC, has decided to add another class time at the end of February.

The Course is a 12-week class. Every week participants learn something new and exciting about nutrition, and how it will change their lives and bodies forever. Then in the week in between class students implement what they have learned. Every step is well planned for the student’s success. There are no huge changes in their lives, everything is slow and gradual. This is how it becomes a habit, and why the program has been so successful nationwide.

Columbus, Ohio is currently ranked #10 in the fattest cities in America rankings. Obesity rates are skyrocketing all over the country. It’s now time for action! The owner of Yun Strength and Fitness Systems, Jason Yun, wants to provide Columbus natives ‘with a proven program that works, and will work for as long as you live, as long as you stick to the principles you’ll discover in the program.’

“The program has been proven to be successful across the country already,” says Yun, who is a certified Sports Nutritionist. “Education is what makes it that way. We just don’t tell you what to eat, how much, and when. You discover why you are doing it. That is the key to lifelong success.”

Anybody who has ever been on a diet will, or has struggled with weight in the past, will benefit and will be educated on what they have been doing wrong all these years and how to do it right.

Yun offers 3 important tips that come from Metabolism Makeover program and will go a long way for anyone wanting to look better naked and sexier:

1. Never skip meals. When you skip meals your body starts feeding off your hard-earned lean muscle tissue and subcutaneous fat cells. The fat cells is what you want, but when you eat again the majority of it will be stored as fat. This is the body’s way of protecting itself in case you skip another meal. Skipping meals is one of the best ways to slow your metabolism down and gain fat.

2. Eat every 2-4 hours, and a minimum of 5 meals per day. These should be smaller than you’re used to, but is a necessity to rev your metabolism up and burn body fat throughout the day.

3. Concentrate your exercise efforts on weight training and interval training. Aerobic exercise only burns calories and fat while you are exercising. Weight training and interval training put such a high demand on the body that you actually burn calories and fat for up to 24-36 hours after exercise.

The next Metabolism Makeover program starts 2/28/09. For more information please contact Yun Strength and Fitness Systems, LLC at 614-432-9703, or email JYun@YunNutrition.com. You can also visit the website at http://www.YunNutrition.com.
