St. Louis, Missouri… David Farrell, a veteran franchise industry executive and general manager who resides in suburban Boston, Massachusetts, has been recruited as Vice President-Master Development at Stratus Building Solutions, the national building services and maintenance franchise company based in St. Louis, Missouri, with expanding operations in 18 states.
As Vice President-Master Development at Stratus Building Solutions, Mr. Farrell joins an executive team which is positioned to double in size system-wide by 2010, company executives said.

His expertise includes business planning, team building, communications, problem-solving and operations management. He earned a B.S. in Business & Health Science from Springfield College.
