Omega Business Solutions and Vision33, both highly successful SAP Partners have joined forces and will now operate in the Northwest as Vision33. The resulting merger between these two SAP reselling powerhouses will deliver significant added value to their combined customer base and the extended SAP Channel.
Carl Lewis, who has been with Omega Business Solutions for six years remains as General Manager of the Pacific Northwest region for Vision33. When asked about the current transition, Carl wants all Omega customers to know the following details:
1. No Change in Service and Support – please continue to contact Omega at support@omegagroup.com for help. Staff members from Omega have been retained and will continue to bring the award winning support and expertise you have previously experienced.
2. Pre-paid Support and Project Retainers will be honored by Vision33
3. Office Relocation is Underway. As soon as relocation has occurred an official announcement will be made regarding the new permanent Vision33 office address and phone numbers. Vision33 will remain in both Portland and Seattle. Offices will be established in both cities within a short frame of time.
