Toronto - In a continuous effort to better serve persons traveling from Pearson International Airport and downtown Toronto, Airport Express has opened two new customer service booths. In December both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 received a new customer service booth, bringing the collective total of Pearson Airport service locations to five. Airport Express patrons will be able to purchase tickets and obtain information at all service locations. Airport Express customer service representatives have comprehensive knowledge of Toronto and are a valuable tool in assisting travelers with information and advice on how to get to their final destinations. The new Terminal 1 service booth can be found on the Arrivals Level at Curbside Post C. The Airport Express shuttle departs Terminal 1 from Curbside Posts B and E. Inside Terminal 3, the new service booth can be found on the Arrivals Level Curbside at Area # 25. These new service booths will better help Toronto travelers navigate their way from baggage claim to the Toronto Airport Express service; saving travelers time and money when they reach Lester B. Pearson International Airport.
