The Hemet Center for Medical Excellence is a Class A master-planned, 126,616 SF medical campus. Adjacent to a thriving retail center on Stetson Road, the $12.4 million campus will enjoy high visibility and easy access.
With four 10,000 to 12,500 SF 1-story framed buildings, and four 19,044 to 21,346 SF 2-story framed buildings, the Center delivers a variety of space requirements for the medical practices, on both a for lease and ownership basis.
Stone, brick and stucco veneers, along with special glazing and metal canopies are featured. The campus is arranged around an oval shaped focal point, bisecting the project with water features and rich landscaping. Distinctive building promenades invite pedestrian circulation and relaxation at the heart of the campus. The Hemet Center for Medical Excellence will set the standard for professional and medical office development in the rapidly growing west Hemet area.

Medical Real Estate (MRE) began developing medical condominium buildings in 1993 in Temecula, California with the Doctors Medical Park, Phase I. It was completed in 1994. Phase II of Doctors Medical Park was completed in 1996. From 1996 through early 2007 MRE has developed fourteen additional buildings: Mission Medical Center, Chaparral Medical Plaza, Promenade Medical Plaza - Phase I & II, Golden Triangle Medical Courtyard-Phase I & II, Hope Medical Arts Plaza, Corona Village Medical Center, Eastlake Village Walk Medical Center, Otay Lakes Medical Center, Date Margarita Medical Professional Center and Terracina Medical Center. A total of 130 medical professionals have ownership interest in these fourteen projects. In addition, in early 2008 and with much anticipation, MRE completed their prestigious Rancho Mirage Medical Center, in Rancho Mirage, CA and Oasis Medical Plaza, in Redlands, CA.
