The company launched into selling their leather bags in North America before Christmas, and has been extremely successful in their sales. Charis Grafea, the brands owner said, ‘I want people to know that the products they receive are the very best quality…I have never had a complaint about a product I have sold.’
The brand has been developing their websites www.grafea.co.uk and www.grafea.com in order to give their costumer the full GRAFEA experience. 3D images of the products will soon be available. The two websites are the company’s only point of sale at the moment. GRAFEA has plans to contract their products to high street stores and boutiques in the UK later this year. It will also be the first year that GRAFEA will be presenting their brand at UK trade shows.
