All of this will be taking place each Saturday in February at the Underground Atlanta Theater. “Create Your Own Hollywood” The Panel/Open Floor Discussion – Feb. 7th Featuring: Tariq Alexander, President of Ruff Ryders Films and TSW, LLC—Actor/ “Behind The Camera”—Another Avenue Into Hollywood - Feb. 14 Featuring: Tommy Wright, Emmy Award Winning Producer & Gil Robertson, President of the African American Film Critics Association & Syndicated Columnist & Image Award Nominee A Classic African American Film Screening (Lady Sings The Blues Featuring Diana Ross & Billy Dee Williams) & “The Untold Story About A Place Called Black Hollywood” Lecture & Open Floor Discussion By Len Gibson, President/Founder of AACG & Executive Producer of the Peachtree Village International Film Festival (PVIFF) – Feb. 21 “Cast Me If You Can” The hit panel from the Peachtree Village International Film Festival (PVIFF)- Feb. 28th Featuring: • Michael Beasley, Actor (“The Great Debaters,” “One Tree Hill,” “Army Wives” etc.) • Sharlene Falls, Film Producer/Actress (“Grapes On A Vine,” “Trust” etc.)- Production Company- Bottom of The Net Filmworks • Barrett Dungy, Film Distributor (Urban Home Entertainment) • Karen Ceesay, Actress ("Chalk Line," "One Tree Hill," "Somebodies" Where: Underground Atlanta Theater (Come experience Black Hollywood from an insider’s perspective and learn about the history of cinema through the world renowned African American Cinema Gallery.
