I Have A Dream…. Said MLK Jr. an Impossible Dreamer……
“I do too.” Said Obama, An American one, Today come True.
Richard Kiley Jr. “Mine is an Impossible Dream……Film, That is.”

Kiley Jr. has recently completed his long days knight writing venture into a contemporary adaptation of his father’s award winning portrayal of chasing Dragons, Wizards, Virgins, and singing of Impossible Dreams and the original 400 year old poets classic.
Kiley Said “After many years of study of my father’s success from the wings and laborious study of the controversial 17th. Centaury book “Don Quixote – The Knight from La Mancha”, (Considered by many the First Modern Novel.) I have found a Truth, which I believe was a quest of Orson Wells to Johnny Depp and Terry Gilliam so many others.
Kiley Jr. and songwriter/producer Thomas Slocum, his long time childhood friend and collaborator best known for his early work with “The Beatles”, “The Byrds” many of Rock n’Roll fame and his early promotion of his very famous Queen of Country Star, his ex-wife Emmy Lou Harris. Kiley Says. “Tommy and I have worked on many projects over the years just for the love of it. But this is a serious dream we both share and intended to complete before we wake.
“Dreams Do Come True” Says Kiley. “It just takes time. So many years ago I believed that to be True even as I stood that day at the edge of the reflecting pool in D.C. with my father, Marlon Brando, Jack Klugman so many actors, singers and others as Martin Luther King Jr. prayed loudly those words. Now our New Commander and Chief President Obama today has filled me again with foggy bottom mist eyes and pride to have been there then and to have sung “We Shall Over Come” with the largest chorus in the world under the Heavens. My support is fully behind him as our New American Knight, as I know all True Americans are, And we all give a salute of Thanks to our brave President George W. Bush for all his leadership and protection.
Kiley, “My film is part of our Country’s Quest of our on-going American Dream as is the 400 year old world famous book “Don Quixote - The Knight from La Mancha”. A quest for Truth and a Warning to protect Free Speech and Freedom of Religion, like our own Constitution.Subtly tucked between the lines of the comical story of an out of control Mid-Life Knight and his foolish follower.
Sundance Film Festival: This week the 1990 Award Winning Film “Chameleon Street” a film Kiley helped produce and Starred in is again at Sundance this week to be shown in The Honored Sundance Collection. Jan 17-25, 2009 with its contemporary “Sex Lies and Video Tape”.
