Within present product line, Qiao Shen highly recommends 52-PC clamping kit with plastic rack (CK series). This clamping kit contains 52 items, including 6 T-slot nuts, 6 flange nuts, 4 coupling nuts, 6 step blocks, 6 step clamps, and 24 studs. Stud sizes are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 inch, providing greater flexibility when using. The kit is suitable for all machine working environment and applications. Material used is S45C steel while hardness for screw is HR25º and HR 35º ~38º for nuts. Of course, each item in the kit can be ordered alone for client's convenience. Other machine tool kits series are: 50-PC screw jack clamping kit with wood case (SC series), 38-PC T-nut & stud sets with wood case, and 50-PC clamping kit with wood case (CK series).
