Princeton, NJ -- Kaplan EduNeering, a leading provider of compliance and knowledge management solutions, has named Lisa Clune as President of the company. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Clune served as Kaplan EduNeering’s Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, leading the company’s infrastructure, development, learning services, business solutions and quality assurance groups.

Ms. Clune joined EduNeering in 2006, prior to the company’s acquisition by Kaplan. Formerly, she served as Director, Corporate Applications, with Tyco International. In that role, Ms. Clune held direct oversight responsibility for over 150 training programs and Internet applications. Prior to her service with Tyco, she worked with General Electric Healthcare, Amersham Health and Hoffmann-LaRoche. Her expertise in the integration of enterprise applications including SAP, Siebel and Oracle has been instrumental in the growth of Kaplan EduNeering’s integrated business and compliance services.
As COO, Mr. Carpentier will lead the company’s sales, marketing, business development and product development functions. Prior to joining EduNeering in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Sales, Mr. Carpentier served as the North American Sales Director for Percussion Software, a technology company specializing in content management.
