Jan. 21, 2009 - PRLog -- Superior Staffing Innovations, a division of a large midwest engineering firm was originated in June of 2004 as an employment agency.  The spotlight of this new enterprise was to focus on staffing the needs of Superior Controls, its parent company.  In February of 2007, the staffing division had intentions to bring a different approach and strategy under new leadership.  This focus was to not only spotlight Superior Controls, but also to expand new business as a focal point to technical, manufacturing and administrative staffing.  

In order to obtain expansion and market share in these categories, a key player was added to the organization; Dean Jabara, offering many years of Business Development, Recruitment and Strategic Planning.  Dean was announced as the Director of Superior Staffing Innovations.  Offices are now established in Michigan, North Carolina and Ohio from this transaction to fulfill the dynamic business growth in these markets.
