Moggle, Inc has entered into a definitive agreement with RCF, a swiss banking firm actively involved in investment advise and asset management. Under the agreement, RCF SA will assist Moggle in a variety of financial and investment banking functions, including equity financing outside the USA.
Moggle has also entered into a definitive agreement with Alexander David Securities
Limited ("Alexander David") a London based securities firm. Pursuant to the Agreement, Alexander David will act as Moggle's lead Corporate Financial Advisor and Broker in the United Kingdom. Alexander David will assist Moggle in gaining Admission to the London Stock Exchange's AIM market and raising private equity capital outside the USA. Alexander David may also commence research coverage of Moggle.
Mr Alfredo Villa, CEO of Moggle Inc., commented: " We are glad to progress with the financing of the company as planned with the support of RCF and Alexander David. An initial financing stage of $ 5 Million to be completed by the end of February 2009, and a second round consisting of an additional $ 5 Million to be completed by the end of June 2009. The capital raised will be used as planned for the growth and development of the Moggle platform and operations."
