Giant Panda and Siberian Tiger Tees
Amazing Tee’s US is adding a fifth animal to its “Wild Animal Tees” line of endangered species shirts – the beautiful and powerful jaguar! These tees are made from 70% sustainable, organic bamboo and 30% organiccotton and are ultra soft and comfortable. The Wild Animal Tees are intended to increase awareness and protection of endangered animals. Current wild animal designs are The Giant Panda, the Orangutan, the Siberian Tiger and the Red Eyed Tree Frog. Each shirt comes with a hang tag that includes important information about the animal depicted on that shirt. Ten percent of the sales proceeds are donated to the World Wildlife Fund’s endangered species programs.
The North American Jaguar will be the fifth endangered animal featured in the “Wild Animal” line. What’s fascinating is that this amazing animal can still be seen in our own backyard. According to scientists at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum outside Tucson, Arizona, there are only 100-150 jaguars now living in the Sonoran Desert, most over the border in Mexico. While they can still be found in southeastern Arizona, the impending border fence between Mexico and the U.S. could seriously jeopardize the North American Jaguar.
