Marketing Executive to ActionCOACH, Eric Hilario Has Finally Found His Calling

His office will be located in the region of Centre, near cities that include Tours, Orleans, Chartres, Bourges, Chateauroux and Blois.

After spending many years in large corporations – driving marketing and sales as well as managing teams, Hilario felt he now wanted more independence and autonomy.

“I felt I had achieved the goals I set for myself and had accomplished a cycle in my life,” he said. “In my previous roles, I did benefit from coaching and saw myself subconsciously take on the role of a coach rather than that of a manager with my teams.”

In addition to this, Hilario was always interested in investing in a franchise and when he found a coaching franchise, he knew it would be the perfect fit for him.

Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Hilario spent ten years in the field of marketing as Product Manager as well as Marketing Director for France, Europe and Global markets in the pharmaceutical industry. His academic qualification is in Molecular Biology and he started his career in scientific and medical research before finally turning toward sales and marketing.

Hilario won many accolades for his work. He was instrumental in launching one of the most successful drugs ever in France and Europe; he also won three awards: the “Best Pharmaceutical Launch” award, the “Best Marketing Penetration of the Year” award and the “Best Client Loyalty” award. As a result of his coaching, many of his ex-team members also achieved great success in their lives and careers.
