The beginning to intermediate artisan who recognizes the importance of using the highest quality materials and the best techniques can take his or her career to the next level by becoming certified as a Stucco Italiano Installer. Students will work hands-on with Stucco Italiano’s Marmorino Carrara, Marmorino Classic, Marmorino Velvet, Intonachino, and Tadelakt and learn the correct methods of application and uses for these plasters.
This is the perfect course for working decorative painting contractors who want to learn basic plaster applications and tips on incorporating these beautiful, top-selling Venetian plaster finishes into their repertoire. The goal of this class is to gain an understanding of the working qualities of each plaster to use these methods and develop a style. This class combines lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training with each of the plasters. Students leave with a portfolio of unique sample finishes to use as a valuable tool for expanding business, and the material and tools needed to practice once class is over.
