Surrey, BC – Monday, January 19, 2009 – With a new year here, we all are looking to start the year off right.  Many start the year with high hopes of a healthy and fit 2009.  The problem is, we all have good intentions but the world around us gets in the way of the new you.  One of those obstacles to a healthier and fit you, is work.  Langley personal trainer, Rick Kaselj, will be presenting to the Township of Langley Wellness Program, 10 Ways to Lose Weight While at Work.  Rick will share with staff his tips to rev up your metabolism, fend off unhealthy meeting food, ways to get your workout in and much more.

WHAT:  10 Ways to Lose Weight While at Work

WHEN:  Wednesday, January 21, 2009 – 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

WHERE: Nicomekl Room in the Civic Facility - Langley, BC

COST: Free for Township of Langley Employees

WHO:  Township of Langley Employees that are interested in tips on how they can have their job help with their weight loss program.
