From the real estate crunch to bank failures to investment losses to unemployment, current economic indicators paint a less than rosy picture.  Oregon’s timber-based economy seems especially vulnerable.  For many small and medium-sized business owners, the deck seems to be stacked against them.  Our recent, record inclement weather just added insult to injury.  More than a few businesses are even failing.

Keynote speaker, Mark Paul, consulted for numerous companies in various industries over 19 years in interim executive and consulting work.  He held senior executive positions at a Global 500 company as well as interim executive leadership roles for start-ups and a public company.  His main focus is in getting results for clients (i.e. acquiring customers, increasing revenue, building company value, increasing cash position, reducing costs and improving productivity).

The remaining schedule of speakers at this seminar is comprised of communicators with knowledge in goal setting, marketing, business tax law, customer retention, and crisis management.
