California resident David Mack is the founder and chief architect behind the Artist Magnet concept. He has been the Program Coordinator at Cornell's Adult University Program for three years. He maintains from Cornell University a B.A. in Theater and Applied Economics and Management.

Kubra Basdogan, an IT Consultant, graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems. She has worked as a consultant at companies like Peoplesoft, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems and Apple Computers.
Aycil Yeltan has extensive theatrical experience in Europe, New York, and Los Angeles as an actress and producer. She is a graduate of The California Institute of the Arts with a M.F.A. in Acting. She will focus in the areas of marketing.
David Xue is the Coding Consultant and will lead the coding and development of Artist Magnet‟s network platform. David is the founder of http://Pixpulse.com, a web service that offers a new way to share mobile media with friends. Prior to PixPulse, David was part of the founding team of Lockdown Networks, a VC-funded network security startup in Seattle. David also led the product launch of RealNetworks flagship consumer subscription service reaching over 1M subscribers. David received his B.A. in Business Administration, Information Systems from the University of Washington.
Artist Magnet will connect all theater actors, directors, designers, producers, dramaturges, playwrights, crew and artists across the United States and the world.
