An 8 hour, intensive, adrenaline-pumping seminar with Moshe Katz.

Topics covered during this seminar: all Basic Krav Maga Combatives: Punching, Kicking, Knees, Elbows, and etc.
Also groundfighting, defenses against extreme close quarters knife and gun threats, kidnapping prevention and unarmed response to suicide terrorism. This seminar will be open to people of all ages and levels of skill. No experience necessary. Participants will be occasionally divided into groups so techniques may be taught in such a way as to remain age appropriate.
All techniques have been developed by Itay Gil; trainer for Sayeret Duvdevan and the Border Police Undercover and Hostage Rescue Units inside YAMAM.
